Amy training vs Hard Knocks

In a gym back in Toronto. We see Rachel in more traditional training gear, black tank top and shorts with red and white stripes. She is wailing on a heavy bag. She has a look of determination on her face as she strikes the bag with punches and kicks. Emily is off to the side recording this on her phone so Rachel can go back and look over her form once the workout is over.

Emily: So, Rache, how you feel about Dallas?

Rachel: Damn, Dallas was a shit show alright. What sort of underground fight club was that anyways?

Emily: Yeah, you’re right, I don’t think it’s even legally sanctioned. Do you want to pull out? We didn’t sign any contracts, we were more invited to show up. We can find somewhere else for you to compete.

Racel: Right, it was a cesspit, but I’m not leaving until I get my hands on that blond G.I. Jane wannabe. Speaking of G.I. Jane, that punch she threw, almost hurt as much as Will Smith slapping the shit out of Chris Rock at the Oscars, almost. I only fell on my ass because the floor was wet.

Emily grins behind her iPhone.

Emily: Yes, I want you to rip her hair out and beat her against the piss covered floor.

Rachel turns to Emily with a surprised grin on your face.

Rachel: Oh Em, I haven’t seen this aggressive side of you before, it’s actually kind of hot.

Emily: Well, she just really pissed me off that night. If I didn’t have these French tips done, I would have popped her in the face myself. But that’s why I have you my Red Hurricane of vengeance.

Emily puts her phone down and starts to rub Rachel’s shoulder.

Rachel: Also, what was that insult? Avril Lavigne, what year is this, 2002?

They both sigh as Emily continues her massage.

Emily: If she is stuck in the early oughts, bet she is as fierce as Cadet Kelly.

Both of them laugh at that joke, before Rachel continues.

Rachel: Once I get Miss Saving Ryan’s Privates in the ring in a fair fight, I’m going to show her what the school of hard knocks can teach. I’m done. I'm hitting the shower.

Rachel walks off towards the locker room as Emily gathers their things in preparation to leave.
